On May 27, 2023, at the initiative of the Consulate General of the Republic of Tajikistan in Istanbul, a football tournament was held between citizens and students of the Republic of Tajikistan living in the Republic of Turkiye.

At the end, national food was served for participants, and the winning teams were awarded cups.
